Unable to sign up for powership

I have been trying to sign up for powership. It takes me to the terms and conditions page and on clicking I accept button brings me back to the same page. It doesn't move forward. I have tried this on Chrome, IE, and Mozilla. How do I go about? Can anyone help?

I am having similar problem today 9-aug-2014 - keeps giving me the Powership terms and conditions page after clicking on Accept.

contact customer support, they will help you. to activate poweship, it will take more than 20 days after you sent a request mail.
