I am a relatively new seller on ebay. One of my customer gave me a negative feedback due to some packaging issues. It showed as a transaction defect in my seller Performance Standard rating.
I sent him the product again and he got it delivered. I requested him to change the feedback and he changed it from negative to neutral. Ebay has counted it another defect.
So we got two defects in a single transaction although we served customer as much as we can.
This was really frustrating and please suggest any process to lessen the defect number as ebay promised there can be maximum single defect count for every transaction.
