Buyer literly cheating us, bought 3 items and returned only one item and claim officer granted the claim of 3 items without asking and verify with us, after frequent followup and submitting all evidences, received the below email dt 22-April-16 stated sellerprotection is granted and remittance will done next remittance cycle. Till now we haven't received then remittance, when we checked with ebay recently, sellerprotection still in process and when i asked the below email stated granted email, they are saying the system sent wrongly email to you.. I was shocked and feels big joke with email. Dropped so many email, till now no response from sellerprotection or insellerverification. Not sure whom to esclate this now?
