So much fraud in the ebay, seller protection is a joke... Ebay always favor of buyers and they never check the insellerverification email granted the Claim

Customer has done fraud to us, by taking inside motherboard and raised the claim , stated the inside motherboard is missing and product has been opened.
We have sent three time justification email to insellerverification@ebay.com with subject clear titled with claim number and also got acknowledge receipt from ebay also. In the email, we told that it's Company Sealed prodcut there is no chance product part are missing inside and also product description In term of shipping we have cleared mentioned with Blod letter, before accepting the product check any parts are missing or damange or opened in the packing, don't accept the package.
Today we got from claim officer call, stating that they haven't received any email from us and granting infavor of buyer. And also told us we are cheater not the buyer. we are reputed seller with established 4 decades and we have no reason to cheat anyone.
Ebay Claim system such a joke, it will never allow to update or add our seller justification only buyer and claim officer can update to case and to reply they ask us send a email to insellerverification@ebay.com and they never checked our email and also its never update in our justificaiton in the case..
Ebay phone customer care has another big joke, after hearing from us...Simple say claim department they can't reach over phon e simple drop your concern insellerverification@ebay..
Please advise how to esclate the issue?
