I have a serious complaint that one of the buyer of my store in ebay has claimed that he has not received the item. The tracking number would be ***. This product was ordered at ebay and delivery address is to Ankush ***. Since the buyer has raised a false claim that the product is not delivered i would request DHL to help me get my product back and take action against this person. Kindly request your help and support. I have sent a detailed email to customer care with all proofs and order copy. Request your help and support.
Now i have lost Rs 30,000 for selling on ebay, the buyer is enjoying the product as well as he got back the money... i need help.. i have no option to to go file a complaint in cyber crime
