I am trying to register for powership and the link is not opening for me.
I tried with other ebay account it works perfectly fine. I am not sure why it is not working with my account.
I have raised an SR 1-39506057796 on Dec 2nd. and every time i call asking for an update, they say, its been escalated and they dont have any update on the issue.
The logistics team, is very negligent and they make only 2 statements, either "its been escalated" or "please wait for 24 hours. And they keep us on hold and disconnect the call after 20 minutes.
Its furstrating a lot, as even to mails nobody is replying. i just get a autorepy mail. people are not concerned to solve their own sellers issue.
I am not sure how to proceed further with this.
