How to exactly ship a package. Newbies Question

Hello,

I am new to this shipping and for the first time i have received complain from my buyer that the package was torn apart at delivery.

I generally sold a mobile case and sealed it in a white poly bag with a printed name and address of the customer and shipped it via Trackon Courier.

Now at the time of delivery the package was torn apart.

I would like to know that does people at the courier office inspect the package?

Should i print a description of the product sold with a ebay logo behind?

Which is the best courier to ship with?

Please help me out.
