How to change LSP as per personal Request?

Hi,

 

The whole story is:

 

1) I changed my pick up address and it was approved by the powership. I was receiveing the COD orders as per noramal and pick up was regularly done from new address.. Then i found the RTO parcels are going back to the old address(Registraion address). 

 

2) So I changed the registration address to the new address. But the number of orders reduced and received zero COD orders. This happened for 3 days and after frustration....

 

3) Again i tried checking by changing the registraion address to old address, again i started reciveing 10COD orders/Day.

 

What should i do?
