Hi Can i offer discount code to my customer

Hi 

I Am a seller on ebay i want to know if i can offer a discount code to my returning customer so that when they are paying with their credit card they can enter the code and they will get the discount from the underlying discount code.

i mean if some bought a dress worth rs 2000 from me i would like to give them a discount of 200 rs for their next purchase from me through a coupon code 

Please help !!!

you  can give discount to buyers,you need to start store in ebay to give discounts.
