A buyer who has open a guarranty Claim on ebay can give a -ve feedback and if yes it can be removed after solve the claim and refund to the buyer.

It is an answer or it is a question, two buyer open a claim and also left negative feedback to me , after resolve the claim , buyer get refund and i get nothing ,the feedback is still their, it is so infair ..

Contact the buyer by phone. Mention the words "Sorry", "Apologies", "I will definitely solve" as many times as possible.

Note: You have to rsolve the issue. Buyers are always winners on eBay. To win them you have to do this.

After the issue is resolved, call them back and ask them to send a message through ebay to you just mentioning "Remove the negative feedback". If they don't know how, you may send them a message and ask them to just reply.

Call 1800-209-3229 and ask them to check that message.
