I am a new seller on ebay and I have sold 90+ items till date. My issue is that majority of my items are purchased by new buyers. After receipt of their items most of buyers did ot turn up to left feed back (My Present Feed Back Score is 15) for seller (for me) inspite of Nos. of requests.
I do request all senior ebay sellers to advise me on this issue. Can I take up the matter with ebay?
I think this will ultimately spoil my business as every buyer prefer to see seller's feed back score before making any purchase.
ebay team can you help in this matter?
