I have Sold a Original & Brand New Mobile in eBay.
But the buyer who was registered with eBay less than two weeks raised a claim that he is not satisfied with the product and want amount refund. I already communicated with buyer and he actually dont know what product he ordered. By citing faulty unrelated specifications, he ask for refund.
I got the message from eBay to respond the claim within 4 days. But there is no option to respond that claim. How can I proceed further to stop this faulty claim?
