Re: REQUEST TO INCREASE THE SELLING LIMITS AND NUMBER OF LISTINGS
Dear Sir/Madam
It is kindly submitted that:
1. That I am seller on ebay since last 1 year.
2. That I have made almost 166 sale transactions till 20th July 2016.
3. That for the last 3 months there is only 1 defect as per your records.
4. That the annual calculations made by your goodself shows the overall defect rate of 6.02% which is not as per your standards.
5. I have newly started doing business on ebay and it takes time to improve the services. You may see the last 3 months performance from 20thApril to 20th July you may see the performance is getting better day by day.
6. That my account has been restricted to list more items on ebay. due to this I am unbale to list the items. I am also paying the ebay fees well on time.
It is requested to your goodself to allow
1. Increase the Selling Limit
2. Number of minimum 100 listings be allowed.
I hope you will give a chance to continue business with ebay. Also I ensure that during the next 2 quarter you will see increase in the sales volume and feedback will be be increase as now it is 96%.
Please please allow me to continue selling with ebay.
