I am a seller on eBay, I have found claims for which no money was transferred in my account for last 18 months. I sent email to eBay on 5th march2016 to insellerverifications@eBay.com but there was no response, so again I sent another 2 follow up emails again no response from eBay. I called them more than 10/times and answer I have been given is its in process will take 48 hours. I am not sure when will there 48 hours gets complete.
EBay is worst so as there seller support. I have talked to supervisor Nikhil today and he said today is remittance day so he cannot connect to eBay guarantee claim department call after 48 hours.
This is the worst experience I have with eBay and will be closing my shop on eBay.
If anyone has any email Id of CEO of ebay ,. Please provide me email address so that I can shoot an email to him/her.
