I order Xiomi power ank from Ebay... Recived it in broken condition, Replied to the seller regarding that with images.I didnt get further notification.
Then on taliking over phone they suggested to send mail again to insellerverification@ebay.com whihc i di after 2 days. Today on24th i got a call saying sorry sir u will not get any refund according to our rule.
What the hell .. why didnt your customer care exceutive informed that i have only 2 days to respond.
