i have lots of time i contact the ebay and the sell but i did't not recevied any rly and the poduct .2 month placed the order i did't not recevied and i m sending mess pls cancelled the order .u give a rly it is denpand on the saller ..i don't no anyone .pls cancelled the my order .other i m takeing a legal action ....and refunded the my money

I want to know how to cancel orders. I had listed one Phone on Ebay and buyer then changed his mind. He has made payment for the same, now how do we cancel the transaction.
