Need advice on esclations.
One of my buyers has bought a dress from my store and wanted to return it because FLIPKART and other website offer trial and return.
His claim has got rejected and he has given me a negative feedback.
As per eBay policy I had called customer care and asked them to remove the feedback but stragely I see that these guys are searching for loopholes and silly reasons to not help sellers.
I am new here and this is the first time I am seeing a Customer Care not following their own companies policy. They told they have to follow a guideline that is not published as a policy.
Need your help & Advice.
