Buyer filed claim that Item is not as expected for an iphone he needs to get unlocked

hi, i sold an locked iphone to a buyer. i have clearly mentioned that the phone is locked & i will not accept returns. He bought it & confirmed in the market about unlocking cost. When he came to know that it would cost him around 10000 then he raised a claim that the Item is not as expected. Its not ebay's or seller's fault that the unlocking cost is higher. The buyer should have confirmed all this before buying. I told him over phone as well that i do not have any idea about the unlocking cost but he can unlock it with turbo sim in maximum 2500. Now he is claiming the money back. As a seller, am i protected under ebay seller protection? please help

technically it is a grey area

write a email to ebay stating that there is not one feature of the product that is missing etc.
