I recently sold a used iPhone 5 on ebay and choose FedEx to deliver it since I didnt wanted to risk going with a local courier company for such a high priced item.
Today I received a call from the seller stating that he just received a box 5 minutes ago and that he didn't checked the contents of the box until he returned to the office. When he did he found that there was only a case and a charging cable in the box and the phone was missing. I told him he should have checked it before taking, he accepted that he made a mistake there but now what do I do?!
I have asked him to send high resolution pictures of the box and to keep it safe.
While I was writing this the seller has raised a claim against me.
I really need help guys, any help is appreciated.
