I am having very bad experience from BlueDart for the past few months. They never deliver any item on time and always delays the item by 2 to 3 days without any reason. Eventhough they show the status as "Out for delivery" they never deliver the item eventhough the address is a famous IT park just 5 minutes from their dispatch centre. Each and every time i need to call their customer service to either make the delivery happen or i need to go and collect the item from their office in person.
They never deliver the item between 9AM-5PM office time and will always come to office after 5 PM or even 6PM. I never had any issue with any other courier service like FedEX/DTDC or FIrstFlight.
Even original DHL delivers the item on time.
