Recently one buyer doesnt pay for the item so I opened a case and after some days I closed it and ask for the credit of ebay fees. I got this message "If you want, you can go to your site preferences and authorize us to automatically withdraw from transactions on your behalf when the buyer doesn't pay. We can also close unpaid item cases and refund your final value fees automatically".
Please tell me in easy way how to activate this preference as I tried searching for it but didnt got through.
