I bought a blackberry phone thru ebay..paisepay ..i have received in timebut the item not working...i sent several mail to them..no use..i didn't get my money back nor replacement.....what legal action can i take ....????????
can i send a legal notice thru my lawyer to ebay or paisepay or dotsale.......
