some one accessed our debit card and made transactions in ebay of 18790/- directly and other transaction of 8999/- was made from paytm cash which he transacted from our debit card.
we have all the proofs regarding( transactions ids and bank statemnet) that .

and collection@ebay.com
to whom i have to contact regarding the refund ,ebay customercare is of no help the know nothing.
