When paying my fees via Credit Card, CVV is failed. Always. Tried 10 Times

I enter everything right and there is balance to in my card, then when i use one time payment > Credit Card.

CVV is declined, i checked millions of time its the same on my card

I only has this Credit Card to pay my fees nothing else. Reply ASAP
