I have placed order for an Apple Iphone 7 with Credit Card payment vide Paisapay ID 45607338450; on 29.06.2017. The seller despatched the item through DTDC; however, the consignment was lost in transit. As per ebay policy, I have raised claim for refund on 09.07.2017 (after expiry of 10 days). On 12.07.2017; ebay/paisabay put the refund on hold with the reasoning that Seller had objected to the refund. Subsequently the matter was taken up with the seller and he confirmed that he had not raised any objection and hold might have been put by Ebay/Paisapay of their own. As such, my refund request is being hold up by ebay on a FALSE PRETEXT; which is very serious & never expected and that too when it is taken over by FLIPKART. I am a regular buyer at Flipkart and had no such issue. Requested to URGENTLY take up the claim and refund the payment.
