I had bought One GENUINE APPLE EAR PHONES with PaisaPay Id 43585264074 for Rs.400.10 after appling my accumulated PayBack Points for Rs.199.75. Delivered APPLE Ear-Phone was defective so I raised one Claim-id with No.2310188, which was resolved on 19.09.2016 and the amount of Rs.400.10 was refunded to my bank account. Thank you verymuch.
But my redeemed PayBack points worth Rs.199.75 has not yet been returned back to me, which I need for my next shopping with ebay, so kindly re-credit my PayBack Points or issue me a coupon for Rs.200 which I can use in my next ebay purchase.
