i still haven't received the refund amount in my bank account...what should i do now?

refund approved and processed for these two

Paisapay id- 45790360132 and 45790346622

i had cancelled the order on the day i bought the item via net banking....

Yet after 6 working days i still haven't got my refund in my bank account (check the image which i have attached)

and can't even raise a claim ebay says:

You cannot raise a claim on this item, as a refund has already been initiated.

what should i do now?

refund amount will take time more than 3 weeks of time normal course they are taking time to credit the amount pertaining to the items sold nearly 30 days of time that is their proceedures.
