I contact many times in customer care but my problem is not solved.

I ordered two items in same time and i got two product in not working conditions then I claim also and claims was approved but many times letter i found only one for Samsung 32 gb memory card class 10. But i not found mi headphone price 260 r.s .
So, please check it through *claim id and get my refund 260 rs.
I also sent details attachment.
Please solved the problem.
