This is Eti Jain. I had ordered a winter women jacket from ebay. The product that i had received was defected and deliverd too late.I had rised claim against this order. After 20 days they closed claim without resolution.This process take as much time that winter has gone and product order by me is wasted. Their customer service is not good and talk rudely. This was my first order and realised that i have to never buy anything from ebay.
