This is with reference to the refund claim ( 114083) which I had raised on July 23rd,2015.
As per the Ebay Return Policy, I was supposed to get a call back from the claimed 'Refund Team' within five days of raining the claim. Not only ,have I not revived any refund, infact , I have not even received the feedback call till date i.e August 1st, despite several reminder calls. This pints to utter callousness and disregard for consumers . Please take cognisance that this is a serious violation of your own declared policy s d consumer rights. You are herby becoming liable for legal action, along with being liable to face bans and blacklisting by the appropriate Government Authority. Kindly ensure that the refund is processed and credited to my account immediately.
