Äs per ebay's mail to me ,
"As one of the winners of The eBay Diwali Fest we are rewarding you a Moneyback upto
Rs 1000 for your winning transaction.
The Moneyback will be rewarded to you once you have confirmed receipt of your purchased products and your transaction is fulfilled as per our records.
We shall credit the Moneyback amount through the respective payment method used during your transaction i.e. Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, EMI, Cash Card or COD. In case you have transacted using COD as a payment method, you will receive eBay coupons of the equivalent amount as Moneyback.
The Moneyback credit will be initiated on 8th December 2014. "
But till date it is not credited. i had a chat with ebay representative and had sent the docs she asked to paisapaydocs@ebay.com. i didnt even hear anything from them. how sould i proceed or complaint on this.Everywhere the resolution is for seller or buyer but where can i raise a issue with ebay promotions.
