PROBLEM REGARDING TOUCH PAD.I BROUGHT THAT PHONE TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY ARE ASKING FOR EMI NO. AND ORIGINAL BILL NO. BUT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE I ONLY GOT ORDER STATEMENT DUE TO WHICH STILL MY HANDSET ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED AND MY HAND SET IS STILL ON SERIVICE CETRE FROM LAST 15 DAYS. I WANT MY ORIGINAL BILL FOR THAT HANDSET WITH EMI NO. AND BILL NO. FOR THAT PURCHASING DATE ONLY.
