my claim was closed on 26.07.2014 and i was told that the refund coupon would be processed in 7 busineess working days.But till date i still havent received anything.The annoying part is that i called customer care 5 times so far and every time each representative gave me the same story saying there was a technical problem and concluded by saying that the matter has been escalated and the refund will reflect within the following 3-4 working days.
I am not sick and tired of their fake stories.5 representatives in one month and till date i still havent received anything.
Why is ebay fooling its customers and troubling them like this.
While buying an item ebay expects immediate payment but when it comes to refunds the customer has to suffer.
