Dear Sir,

 

I have purchased a Battery for Karboon Mobiles last week vide Order confirmation: PaisaPay ID 44730725167.

 

But the battery does not fit into the mobile and i want to exchange it with extact battery for the same. I request you to help in this regard and how to do the same.
