Bought ""New Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X Duos 64GB" a couple of day before. the gallery section is not working in this mobile gallery . It says "Closed Gallery, no required permission"

I tried all the possibilities. Still its not working. If its really a major bug, then how to return my order?
