I bought LG Nexus 4 from the seller
After using for around a month or so, the phone started giving display problems. On submitting it to LG centre for repair, they said that the parts of the phone is not "LG India recognized" and hence repairing would be chargeable along with no gaurantee that the applied solution would work. On contacting the seller, I came to know that the phone was indeed imported. I did not recieve any warranty card of the phone.
The seller is not picking up my calls after contacting him once. Since the problem surfaced only after one month of use of the item, I cannot claim ebay guarantee benefits also although I am genuine in my claim as I would lose 16000 Rs. for this purchase.
Please tell me what should be done now?
