i have purchased blckberry z10 on 12-06-14,received the shipment on 18-06-14,after 10 mins of use the devce is getting overheat on **bleep**,so i had raised a claim on 23-06-14,ebay contacted me to make the retrun of shipment to get replcement,but unfortunately because of personal problems i didnt make it,after 3 days got a msg that my claim is closed,now im available make the retrun of shipment to seller,but i cant open the another claim anyone please help me too slove my problem....
