One of the essesnce of online purchase is that we cant feel the product either know about the quality of the product. We are just viewing it before ordering a product in a website on the assumption if we dont get satisfied with the product, our money will be refunded to us.
The same is also the matra for flipkart, amazon etc. Even amazon has been advertising the same widely. But this basic assumption has been gone wrong with ebay for me.
I have purchased a black bag of wiki item no.181946780629. But on receiving the ordered product, I have found it not good for me both quality wise and attractiveness wise. So I decided to return the product on the same and raised a refund claim for the same.
But it has been rejected by ebay twice simply saying the same thing again and again.
Never ever test with ebay. Purchase thru ebay if and only if you are completely satisfied with the product just on looking it in website.
