I have purchased I Xiaomi Mi 4i on 25-Nov-2015. Ebay didn't send me invoice of mobile at the time of delivery. This phone has came with one year manufacture warranty. Around 3 weeks ago I faced display issue in the phone. So I went Xiaomi service center and they have asked me the invoice. So contact the customer service of ebay they provide me seller mobile no and email address. I have tried that mobile no but not able to contact him. then I have sent him email for the same. So they provided me their purchase invoice instead of mine and told me that invoice will work. But Service center again not accepted that invoice. I again try to contact Ebay customer support and tell them whole story and they say they can't help me after 3 months of purchase date even they talk me very rudely. Please help me out on this
