Reacntly i brought htc 828 dual sim ph by eBay .order was placed but i was not able to login my id however i discussed with my frnds they told me eBay is fraud company still i brought ph..now i received my product but its not new product its a used even product seal was opened..then i told to eBay customer abt to to replace it they didn't take action n refusing to denay my money n saying we r closing ur claim...
Now listen to me and advise to every one purchase another product by cash on delivery from eBay n take product n give ur old product with whom they fraud...if courier boy say smthg then beat him..then eBay company will automatic close or they will not try to cheat with any customer
