I brought an iPhone 5s through ***. Though i had several bad experience using eBay, i trusted them for good experience i had too. Now i see my item is in Mumbai for more than 5 days for no reason. I just hanged up the call with customer care at Mumbai saying they are tracking the shipment from NewYork and will refund the money if they are not able to locate. I have waited for 10 days not to get refund or listen to these stupid answers and, if I have to receive the same, then I will need a compensation along with refund. If you guys are not able to accomplish the trade, just STOP it. I will be filling a legal case against eBay *** for their dishonest activity if I do not get my item.
