May I ask question directly to the seller about genuineness of the product I've bought? What to do if I'm no redressed?

sure you can. but won't that be meaningless? will a seller tell you ' i sold/sell fake item'?

Wah!   What a suggestion....I shouldn't ask the seller about authenticity of the product he sold without a single product related documents [invoice, brochure etc.] ‘as he won't tell truth about the product’......such seller should be banned/blocked by "eBay" exhibiting his product here to prevent customers being cheated.

which seller should be banned---thats a different question. your question that i answered, was--if you should ask

the seller if what you bought from him is authentic. i said it'd be meaningless.

now since you talked abt 'suggestion', well..here it is----

do your asking and knowing thingies before you buy. its your responsibility to know what you're paying for. hope

you undestand the difference between 'asking before' and 'asking after' buying.
