I placed an order for a Gigabyte Graphics card 'GTX 760 4GB' model on 3rd January 2014 . After receiving the order on 18th-January-2014, I found that the Invoice of Rs.28,828/- was missing with the order. As a first resort, I directly contacted the seller on 22nd January 2014 through Ebay.in but didn't receive any response. Then I contacted Ebay Customer care and they opened the claim for the missng item. But my mistake, I couldn't receive the call from them.
I again contacted Ebay and the executive told me to send an E-mail to 'incswebhelp@ebay.com', which I did. I am yet to receive any response from them as well. What shoud I do now?
