Recently there was a limited offer by eBay 32gb sam sung sd card combo, I ordered this product through debit card payment. On 28 April and they delivered me on 8may. And guess what both of the sd card are not working. And when ever I try to contact with customer care they say you have to w8 200min and they never connect me. And I claim on ebay guarantee and they approved my claim after that they said I have to wait for 6 to 8 days than they closed the claim saying that you not confirmed on receiving the product. Please anyone can help me in this matter. Thanking inadvance
