Ebay cheat me on purchasing of SAMSUNG MICRO SD CARD 16GB Class 10+ Warranty

Dear Sir,

My self jai sharma from delhi, i purchasse a SamSung Micro SD card 16GB class 10+warranty. my order date is 3rd december 2015

i received item above mentioned item without bill and without warrannty card on 13th -14th of december with in 10 to 11 days late delivery. I put this card in my newly mobile Lenovo k3 note SD Card is showing SD card is Damaged. I call  to cool Tech madhya pradesh seller they don't give any reference i send mail also for seller but not received any reply. I contact to EBAy customer care

request to replace my SD card or for money back, my product is under replacement warranty but EBAY Do not support for replacement.

Note-EBAY top most fraud company for purchasing of micro sd card, mobile related equipment, electronics items do not purchase any items by pure indians.
