LOOK AT MY CASE THERE WAS A DELAY IN SHIPPING BY MORE THAN 10 DAYS AND STILL THE CASE CLOSED IN THE FAVOR OF SELLER

AND INSPITE OF FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM THIS IS THE REPLY I GOT FROM EBAY:-

"This is with regards to your email which was sent to grievance officer for PaisaPay ID: 41038374504 against seller id : shopzzalltime Item ID : 252151831383. As per telephonic conversation on 26/12/2015. We regert to inform you that we are closing the case. So, hence case closed from our end"

I buy a item from eBay and it is not working and I am rise claim but EBay rejected this claim so what can I do

I have purchased a belt...which was shown as leather base but it was ragzine. When i raised a claim the bull **bleep** company ebay rejected my claim by saying that quality is not under ebay guarantee. E bay my foot...totally fraud and cheat company ....seller has rejected my claim by saying some nonsense reply.....
