Dear Ebay,
on 26th Oct.14, i have made transaction of Rs.8000/- for mobile purchasing thru SBI credit card with EMI Option but due to net problem, transaction was not succesful and amt was deducted from my card..
I have approached SBI Card & they said that the txn amt is debited from my card & can only be credited after the confirmation regarding unsuccess transaction receive from the concerned Ebay Authority.
So pl inform my card authority to treat this as a cancelled transaction & to credit the amt of Rs.8000/- as transaction was not successful..
sir, ur prompt response in the matter above, will surely make me able to purchase 2 more diferent mobiles from ur site..
