I ordered mob from ebay but i received a damaged mob without accessories and there is a gap in display and mob is not starting ...i raised a ebay gareentee claim but they called on my registered mob no. just once and since i was not able to recieve call hence they rejected my claim without talking to me.....i requested ebay to reopen my claim....can anybody help me to get my refund..
