Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that the product which you've send isn't in working condition.
moreover you do not give us the exact timeframe, everytime we have to do a lot of enquires!
And the courier man was so stupid he asked me to give him 100 Rs. for delivery.
. he asked me to pickup the product from his desierd place and he didn't even bothered to call me up. I saw his missed call and then reverted back.
Kindly send me the product in working condition.
