Waiting from 2 months for refund

I purchased a Moto E mobile phone from you and on 21st May the phone was delivered without charger at my address in Pune I asked for the charger which was delivered at the same address, then I found that the phone was faulty so I returned the phone from the same address. I decided to claim for the refund for which my claim was approved on 26th June. I have not received the refund yet and after numerous calls to your customer care I come to know that you sent the demand draft at the wrong address. You came thrice at my address to deliver the product and take the product back but how did you go to the wrong address to deliver the demand draft is what I fail to understand. On top of that your clueless customer care executives give false information. I have given my correct address to your team for  more than 8 times both verbally and through mail but still you call me ask my address. I feel like I am being harassed now.
